Find more of your “right-now” customers

Your early customers probably get the problem you solve. Now you need to find more just like them.

  • Double down on what’s already working (where did your first customers come from?)

  • Lean into warm intros & referrals

  • Join conversations in the spaces they actually hang out (LinkedIn, Slack groups, Twitter)

Make it stupidly easy to say yes

If your sales process feels like an application for NASA, you’re doing it wrong.
✅ Offer a no-brainer entry point (ie; free audit, 14-day trial, low-commitment pilot, etc)
✅ Cut the fluff—fewer clicks, fewer forms, faster response time
