📈 Last week’s SCOTUS ruling on NetChoice impacts more than just social media companies; it also affects state legislatures' ability to regulate online content.

To everyday internet users, this ruling could mean more consistent and less state-controlled content on social media platforms, thus ensuring that our online speech is protected by the First Amendment.

Given the recent attempt on the life of Former President Trump, and the wild disparity of news messaging about that event (between what was shown on X vs that which was visible across state-sponsored media), I’d say this ruling is probably a good thing - but decide for yourself by reading more here.
